The Wooly Pub is committed to creating and maintaining a workplace where diversity and inclusion are prioritized. We strive to make our staff and our guests feel understood, respected, and supported. We encourage job applications from diverse communities, those with intersectional identities, and do not discriminate based on gender, religion, race, disability, sexual orientation, age, or any other status.

Reporting

Employees, guests, and suppliers are encouraged to connect with The Wooly Pub Management (either in-person or virtually) if they, hear, see or feel like something is going on in regards to harassment, discrimination, bullying, or any other type of unwelcome behaviour. Whether that behaviour is physical or verbal harassment, inherent bias, belittling, demeaning jokes, perpetuating stereotypes, threatening or intimidating behaviour, intentional and continuous misgendering, dead-naming, online bullying, misogynistic behaviour, abuse of power, unwanted sexual advances or remarks: it will not be tolerated on-site or outside of The Wooly Pub. We will follow through with an investigation and connect with the individual who made the report to ensure that they feel heard and respected. Reporting can also be done anonymously through our website thewoolypub.ca, if the individual wishes.

Digital reporting of this behaviour can be submitted directly to management wooly@neighbourhoodgroup.com
