We are partnering with the Guelph Black Heritage Society to promote and raise donations for the #changestartsnow program. The Change Starts Now initiative will provide Guelph and the surrounding area with educational programming on Black history and culture, as well as much needed information on diversity, discrimination, and anti-racism resources. The Guelph Black Heritage Society seeks to raise awareness about the systemic racism and discrimination (globally and locally) that BIPOC face. With better access to resources, lectures, art, and literature on Black history and culture, members of the Guelph community can better understand the history of inequality and discrimination that BIPOC have faced, and how that is still impacting our society today. You can help by donating money - we’ll be accepting cash donations and can add a donation to your bill charge at the end of your meal.
