It’s the end of an era - today we wish our darling Luis godspeed on his new journey, back into the coffee world, joining our friends @cavancoffeeco ☕️ Seven years ago, Lu began his time at the pub in our kitchen, before he switched to the front of house. He quickly made himself an invaluable part of our family, providing service to our guests with flair, kindness, and a tasteful amount of sass. Not only will we miss him as an awesome bartender, we’ll miss his sick modelling poses. We will miss him terribly, but know that this isn’t goodbye.
